Welcome to your temporary home!

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and the apartment remains in top condition, we ask you to observe the following house rules:

• Treat the apartment like your own home. Care and respect are paramount. Please leave it as you found it.

• Cleanliness is half the battle. Garbage can be disposed of directly in front of the building. Please do not leave any waste in the apartment. You can conveniently dispose of residual waste using the garbage disposal.

• Lights out, comfort on. Please turn off all lights when leaving the apartment. Our environment will thank you!

• Dishes with a smile. After washing, the dishes should be dried and neatly returned to the cupboard.

• Smoke breaks with a view. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, ensuring fresh air and pleasant smells.

• Four paws on the floor. Dogs are welcome, but please make sure they don't jump on furniture like the couch or bed.

• Parties are nice, but unfortunately not here. There are other places for wild celebrations. In the apartment, we ask for quiet and consideration for the neighbors.
