Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the Rental of Vacation Apartments

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts regarding the rental of the vacation apartment between the landlord and the tenant.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the tenant confirms the booking in writing (by email or via the booking form) and the landlord accepts the booking in writing.

3. Payment Terms

The rental price is to be paid within 14 days after the booking confirmation. If the arrival occurs less than 14 days after booking, payment will be due immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply: - Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. - 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price. - Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.

5. Arrival and Departure

The vacation apartment is available to the tenant from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

Upon departure, the trash must be disposed of, the window and balcony door closed, the lights turned off, and the dishes must be clean and dry in the cupboard.

6. Use of the Vacation Apartment

The vacation apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the contract. Dogs are allowed only by prior arrangement. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the furniture, and smoking is only permitted on the balcony. In case of violations, we reserve the right to charge for special cleaning.

7. Guest Card / Tourist Tax

The guest card / tourist tax must be paid by each guest. The price per guest per night is 3.00 EUR (18 years and older) and 1.65 EUR (6-17 years). Guests with disabilities (from GdB 70) pay 2.19 EUR per night, and from GdB 100, the fee is 0.00 EUR.

To create the guest card, the personal data of all travelers is required. We collect this information via a form in the online check-in process immediately after booking. Without providing the data, accommodation cannot take place.

8. Liability

The landlord is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. The tenant is liable for damages caused by themselves or their guests.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the landlord's location. Should any provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
